Operator Help, in product language

Full Help ships inside the application. This page mirrors the topics so you know what to expect before install.

Topics

What the in-app Help covers

  • Getting started

First launch, catalogue sources (NetBox, phpIPAM, KeePass), sign-in for this run, and load of the forest.

  • Catalogue

Multi-source tree. NetBox and phpIPAM stay read-only. KeePass is a local .kdbx you can create and edit. Tree layouts, Refresh, search.

  • SSH sessions

In-process SSH2 terminal, Quick Connect, PTY resize, and tab close behaviour.

  • IPMI

Open the BMC web UI when NetBox exposes an interface named ipmi, or KeePass has an IPMI field.

  • WinBox

Open local MikroTik WinBox 4 from marked RouterOS devices on Windows and Linux. Password never passed.

  • Options

Catalogue sources, WinBox path, and what is saved locally in the OS config directory under superCharged/.

  • Outbound connections

Allow-list for catalogue URLs, SSH, Quick Connect, IPMI HTTPS, and the Windows package feed. KeePass is local file only. No analytics.

  • Security

Credentials never stored, rolling NetBox tokens, KeePass master password in memory only, idle lock, session audit log, NIS2 Article 21 map.

Firewall note

What must be reachable

Besides SSH to devices you open, the client contacts unlocked catalogue base URLs, optional IPMI HTTPS targets, and on Windows the package feed. KeePass uses a local file only. There is no analytics phone-home.
